These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between syok8 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "the Member," "the User") who accesses, browses, registers, or uses any service provided through the syok8 website and associated platforms (collectively, "the Services").
By completing the registration process, accessing the syok8 platform, or placing any wager or bet through the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all policies referenced herein, including without limitation the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. To be eligible to register and use the syok8 Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:
syok8 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification prior to authorising any real-money wagering or withdrawal. You are required to submit a clear, unaltered copy of a government-issued photo identification document — a Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid international passport — confirming your identity and age. Real-money play and withdrawals are locked until KYC verification is successfully completed.
Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent identification documents for the purpose of circumventing the age verification requirement constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balance held in the account, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered account on the syok8 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. syok8 employs technical and manual measures to detect and merge or close duplicate accounts. Any winnings generated from a duplicate account may be voided and the balance forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your syok8 account credentials, including your password and, if enabled, your two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. syok8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must notify syok8 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. syok8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
The syok8 platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified for a specific transaction type (e.g., USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction).
syok8 accepts deposits via the payment methods published on the platform from time to time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as published in the account deposit section and may be updated without prior notice. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified under your syok8 KYC record.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified under your syok8 KYC record. syok8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous accounts, or payment methods that differ from those used for deposit without prior written approval and supplementary verification. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be held pending AML or security review at syok8's sole discretion. syok8 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times, though it endeavours to process e-wallet withdrawals promptly during standard operating hours.
syok8 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. syok8 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time in connection with any deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or the withholding of funds pending investigation.
syok8 offers bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback arrangements, and a tiered VIP loyalty programme (collectively, "Promotions") to eligible members from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the Promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The syok8 VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is determined by cumulative wagering activity across casino, live dealer, and sportsbook products. VIP tier benefits, thresholds, and terms are subject to change at syok8's sole discretion. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or the platform generally, syok8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members' accounts. syok8 will not be liable for any loss of winnings or other damages resulting from a technical malfunction, system failure, or network interruption outside syok8's reasonable control.

Any request to reverse a self-exclusion before the expiry of the exclusion period will be refused. syok8 encourages any member who believes their gambling is causing harm to themselves or others to activate self-exclusion immediately.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the syok8 platform for your personal recreational use, subject to these Terms. No other use of the Content is permitted without the prior written consent of syok8.
The syok8 platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, syok8 disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the platform, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, syok8 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service resulting from technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond syok8's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by syok8's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
syok8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account and withhold or void any balance at any time, with or without prior notice, if syok8 reasonably determines that:
You may close your account at any time by contacting syok8 customer support. Upon account closure in good standing, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal limits and AML review.
If you have a dispute or complaint regarding the syok8 Services, you must first contact syok8 customer support via live chat or the published support email address. syok8 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a complete complaint. Complex disputes may take longer; syok8 will communicate expected timelines in such cases.
In respect of any game dispute, the official game log data retained by syok8 or its game providers shall constitute the primary source of record. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's visual display and the underlying data, the underlying data shall prevail.
syok8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where syok8 makes material changes to these Terms, syok8 will endeavour to notify registered Members by email to the address on file, or by prominent notice on the platform, with a reasonable period of notice prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or non-material administrative updates) may take effect immediately without prior notice.
Your continued use of the syok8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Services and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. syok8 operates in accordance with the standards and requirements of international gaming authorities and complies with applicable legal requirements in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
